We are currently hiring for the position of Lead Sales Representative:
The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for facilitating and initiating sales outreach in Eastern Massachusetts. You will be actively engaging in conversations with homeowners, providing no cost site evaluations and sales estimates. You will also serve as a key lead generation consultant, helping to develop new channels to grow the business. As our team grows, the Lead Sales Representative will co-ordinate the Massachusetts sales team and marketing effort.
Required Skills: As an employee owned company, our first priority is finding people who are passionate about green energy and the environment and excited about the prospect of working in an entirely different kind of sales environment. We earn our reputation through honest, non-aggressive sales strategies. While experience with sales or contacts in the solar industry is a plus, it in not a requirement. We will train if necessary.
Compensation for this position is based on the highest in the industry commission rates as well as fast track ownership shares with quarterly dividends.
